"Went in for clothes and shoes. Found some wonderful flattering tops but the shoe selection was limited in my size. I was at store #06060 in Colorado Springs, CO and was helped by Ashley. She was so pleasant and sweet and I only filled the survey out to do whatever I could to give her kudos. What a nice young lady. There is an associate number on my receipt which is #001761993 if that helps. I also found some amazing tops and was in and out in less than 30 minutes and was so happy about my purchases. Shopping can be a nightmare and I left so happy. Ashley was a big part of that."

"I grabbed a pair of shoes off the clearance section, which were also marked with a clearance mark but no price. I asked the store associate to let me know the price at check out. She entered the skew number to look it up and said it rang up as $2.98- she brought over the manager who stated That can't be right. She called someone in the back to find another skew... Which rang up as $45 regular price, it was not the matching skew as these shoes were originally $39. She then just proceeded to tell me -well actually they are not on clearance now they're $39... The manager mentioned how cute the shoes were. So instead of providing me the clearance price the shoes rang up for - she told me they weren't on clearance and probably kept them for herself. RIDICULOUS. I do not plan to return if the prices you all mark your clearance items are not honored."
